Ole Miss Football head coach Lane Kiffin is now a top ten paid coach in college football, thanks to his new deal.

247 Sports has released the top 15 highest-paid college football head coaches, with Lane Kiffin breaking the top ten.

Lane Kiffin tied with three other SEC coaches as the eight highest-paid coaches. Kentucky's Mark Stoops, Missouri's Eli Drinkwitz and Tennessee's Josh Heupel are all set to make $9 million this season alongside Lane Kiffin.

The four coaches were just ahead of Penn State head coach James Franklin and just behind another SEC head coach in LSU's Brian Kelly.

Kiffin signed a new deal with the program in December, keeping him in Oxford through the 2028 season. The Ole Miss head coach is set to make $9 million through 2024 until 2026. The deal was Kiffin's reward for helping put the Rebels back into college football relevance once again.

The 2024 season has the possibility of being a special one for the Rebels, with plenty of media tipping Lane Kiffin's team to make the college football playoffs. If Ole Miss live up to that potential, Kiffin could see another new deal heading his way.
