Ole Miss faces the Sun Belt Conference team, Georgia Southern, looking to go unbeaten in their first four games. This will be the last non-conference game before they start SEC play, where the games will be decisive in their quest for a playoff spot. However, Lane Kiffin and the team can't take their eyes off the competition in front of them.

As Kiffin said in his press conference this past week, Georgia Southern offers plenty of problems that his team needs to handle. They sit at 2-1, with their only loss to Boise State, a 56-45 shoot-out, a Broncos team who pushed No.7 ranked Oregon at the time.

The Eagles have struggled to run the ball in their first three games and will likely struggle again, with the Rebels having the No.1 defense against the run, allowing just 33.3 rushing yards per game. Georgia Southern quarterback JC French to air out the ball much more, which he did against Boise State, throwing for over 300 passing yards.

The Ole Miss offense can win the game however it chooses, with the opposition allowing yards on the ground and through the air. The big concern is the number of rushing yards they have allowed (710), with half of those coming against Boise State.

Kiffin wants to see a clean game in the secondary after last week's mental mistakes against Wake Forest. The defense will get opportunities, with the Eagles set to pass the ball much more than run it.

The game will be live on SEC Network at 6:45 pm C.T. from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. Can Ole Miss put up a top performance before facing Kentucky?
