Ole Miss will play away from Oxford for the first time this season as they take on Wake Forest in Winston-Salem, NC. The Rebels are heavy favorites, as they were in the first two games, though the ACC team faces a step up in competition.

Ole Miss is averaging the most passing yards per game through Week 2, 464.0 per game, with only one other team averaging over 4000 (Arkansas with 412.0). Wake Forest is a top-five passing side, ranked No.5, averaging 361.5 per game. The Rebels secondary will have to be sharp against the pass, with the pass rush needing to get home, putting pressure on quarterback Hank Bachmeier.

The Lane Kiffin offense will put up plenty of yards and points against a Demon Deacons team ranked in the bottom 30 in passing yards allowed (254.5) per game. They are also allowing 129.0 rushing yards per game, so Kiffin can pick his poison on the offense.

The new-look defensive front for Ole Miss has been excellent in the opening two games, allowing just 54 rushing yards, the lowest in the nation. Lane Kiffin was far from happy with the secondary's giving up easy yards on busted plays against Middle Tennessee. He has said they have looked good this past week in practice, so look to see them pay better.

Kiffin said the team is the healthiest it has been this season, with Jordan Watkins and Antwane Wells fully fit and ready to go. Ole Miss should go 3-0 on the season, but will they be able to stop the opposing passing offense to cover the spread?
