Ole Miss women's basketball punched their ticket to the 2024 NCAA Tournament, where they will take on Marquette in round one.

The Lady Rebels made the 2024 March Madness as a No.7 seed. They will play in the opening round against No.10 seed Marquette in South Bend, Indiana.

It's the third consecutive time the Rebels have made the NCAA Tournament under head coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin. In the 2023 NCAA Tournament, the team made it to the Sweet-Sixteen stage, coming up short against Louisville 62-72.

The Rebels are in the Albany 1 side of the bracket, alongside No.1 seed South Carolina and No.2 seed Notre Dame, who they could face in the next round. First, it's a Marquette side that finished the season 23-9, losing in the Big East semi-final to UConn.

Ole Miss will fancy their chances against any team they come up against, finishing the regular season strong and a good showing in the SEC Tournament. Coach Yo's team finished the season with 12 conference wins, a first in program history.

In this season's SEC Tournament, they lost a tough battle against LSU in the semi-final, a Tigers team that won the 2023 NCAA Tournament. The Rebels are one of eight SEC teams that have made the NCAA Tournament, showing the strength of the Southeastern Conference.

Ole Miss will be in action on Sat.23 around 3:45 PT against Marquette, looking to keep their season going.
