Ole Miss had four players make the Week 2 PFF SEC Team of the Week, with Texas A&M the only team with more. The Aggies had five players make the team, helped by three along the offensive line. Texas A&M and Ole Miss were the only two teams with more than two players on this week's team.

The Rebels had five players make the Week 1 PFF SEC Team of the Week, with wide receiver Tre Harris and linebacker Chris Paul Jr. both representing on consecutive teams to start the season.

Ole Miss players continue to grade well in PFF

As mentioned, Tre Harris and Chris Paul Jr. have made the Week 1 and 2 PFF SEC Team of the Week so far this season. Running back Henry Parrish Jr. and defensive end Jared Ivey were the two new players to join them in Week 2.

Henry Parrish Jr. was an obvious choice at running back, with his 165 rushing yards and four touchdowns. Wide receiver Tre Harris has back-to-back 100-yard receiving games to start the season. Despite zero touchdowns against Middle Tennessee, Harris still had nine receptions for 130 receiving yards.

On defense, Chris Paul Jr. made it consecutive weeks graded well by PFF. The linebacker made six tackles against the Blue Raiders, and 1.5 of them tackled for loss. Defensive End Jared Ivey was the second defensive player to make the PFF Team of the Week. Ivey had a decent game, with two tackles, and despite no sacks, he was constantly in the backfield.

TJ Dottery and Princely Umanmielen were likely close to making the grade. Jaxson Dart was likely a couple of passing touchdowns away from making it consecutive weeks as the highest-graded quarterback in the SEC.

Ole Miss will look to continue the trend when they play Wake Forest this weekend, a team that has given up plenty of offensive yards while also putting up big numbers in the passing game. Will they move to 3-0?
