Sad news as former Ole Miss basketball player Tim Jumper passes away, players and fans pay respects
Rebel Nation has learned some devastating news in the last 24 hours, with former Ole Miss basketball player Tim Jumper sadly passing away. The much-loved Jumper played for the Rebels for four seasons and left the school with his Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Business Administration.
Jumper is still ranked in the top 25 all-time leading scorers in the program, finishing his college career with 1,375 points. He was named an All-SEC guard and a unanimous selection to the SEC Coaches All-Freshman squad.
In his four seasons, Jumper averaged 12.6 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game while also shooting 42% from the floor.
