Which Ole Miss players could hear their name called in the first-round of the 2025 NFL Draft?

Ole Miss produced the most first-round picks in program history in 2016 with three players. The Rebels, at one point, looked like they could beat that record, but it seems like they may, at best, match it.

Aside from the first round, Ole Miss should see plenty of players selected throughout the three days, and a huge chunk is expected on day 2. However, which prospects could make their dreams come true and be selected in round 1? These three Rebels have a considerable chance.

Jaxson Dart, Quarterback

Jaxson Dart was seen as a round 2 talent, but significant talk over the last few months suggests he won't make it past the first 32 picks. The Utah native has held top-30 meets with Pittsburgh and Cleveland. Dart looks to be the third quarterback heading off the board, and after his performances in the Senior Bowl and NFL Combine, he may become a top-10 pick.

The New York Giants are picking at No.3, but it is unlikely that they will go quarterback with their off-season moves. The team that stands out the most is the Steelers, who pick at No.21. They are without a legitimate starter, and with talks of bringing in veteran Aaron Rodgers, Dart could sit behind him for a year.

Walter Nolen, Defensive Tackle

The forgotten first-round man, Walter Nolen, was at one time the predicted only Ole Miss player to be picked within the first 32 picks. Despite the hype quieting down, the top defensive tackle is arguably the second-best player behind Michigan's Mason Graham.

San Fransisco, Kansas City, and the LA Rams have all been names mentioned. However, he can potentially land on any of five or six teams.

Trey Amos, Cornerback

Names such as Princely Umanmielen and Tre Harris have flirted with first-round potentially, but cornerback Trey Amos is the latest to pick up heat. This seems to be the player that will make it three potential Ole Miss players in the first round. This draft has few top cornerbacks, and Amos has established himself as one of the best among draft experts.
