9. Chad Kelly-Denver Broncos

Do not let the Mr. Irrelevant label fool you. Many sports pundits believe the Denver Broncos got a steal when they drafted Chad Kelly with the last pick of the draft. Kelly has found himself in a great position to make an impact on the team. The Broncos are a team without a strong candidate at the starting quarterback position. Kelly has an opportunity to earn his way to that spot.

Kelly at nine on the list is based completely on potential and opportunity. He has both of those in spades. However, now he just needs to stay healthy. He has recently had the cast removed from the wrist he injured at the end of the 2016 Ole Miss season. If Paxton Lynch and Trevor Siemian want to hold on to the number one spot, they better be prepared to fight Kelly for it.
