Yes the Ole Miss Rebels have had more success against the Tide in the past 3 seasons than any other team. Although Bama managed to decisively hammer out a second-half win last season, 2 out of 3 against the Tide isn’t bad at all.

This is a new season for Ole Miss just like it is for the Alabama Crimson Tide, however there is a more than obvious difference in attitude from last year. This team is being written off for no other reason than the self-imposed sanctions issued by Ole Miss admin.

On the other hand, for Bama football the college football pundits have spoken and most have already pinned them as the next SEC Champion. They’ve taken the easy route in making a selection and go with the proven winner. That’s pretty intelligent. Always go with the safe bet.

Oh yeah, they’ll say, “It’s just Ole Miss, they aren’t going to beat Bama!” Well, we weren’t supposed to beat them any of those other years either. Nobody ever is, but there are weapons at Ole Miss. That’s what worries them. Of course, most Bama fans figured Hugh Freeze would be out of their hair by now too. Shea Patterson will also get his shot to be the 3rd consecutive Ole Miss QB to take down the Tide. Best case scenario for the Tide is Saban’s buddy Mark Emmert gets Hugh Freeze a suspension for the September 30, 2017.
