Ole Miss football wide receiver AJ Brown  has had an incredible season and has been nominated for the C Spire Conerly Trophy.

Ole Miss football has an outstanding group of receivers and the leader of the NWO All-American AJ Brown has had a great season. Game after game we have seen AJ Brown take advantage of opposing secondary after secondary. Even when teams have attempted to use double coverages to slow down Brown he has usually been wide open and making incredible catches.

Monday it was announced the All-American junior wide receiver was being nominated for the 2018 C Spire Conerly Trophy which is awarded each year to the best college football player in Mississippi. If Brown is selected he will become just the third player in the trophy’s history to receive it twice. If you recall AJ Brown was the 2017 Conerly Trophy recipient. Eli Manning of Ole Miss and Dak Prescott of Miss State are the only players to have won the Conerly Trophy twice.
