Spring has sprung, Ole Miss football has begun and there are questions and things we really want to see during the Rebels spring practices.

Spring practice kicked off Tuesday and the 2019 edition of Ole Miss football hit the field with quite a few new faces among the staff and players. After the 2018 Ole Miss season ended we saw a major turnover in staff members and some great hires were made by head coach Matt Luke and Ole Miss AD Ross Bjork.

Coaches Mike MacIntyre and Rich Rodriguez both enter the spring with new jobs and a new roster of players from what they have been accustomed to. Both coaches were former Pac-12 head coaches and bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Ole Miss football program as well as both being named National Coach of the Year while in their Pac-12 careers.

Besides the new coordinator positions at Ole Miss there are also the new assistant coaches at the linebackers and tight-end positions. Coaches Tyrone Nix and Calvin Magee both bring a significant pedigree to the Ole Miss football program and we are excited at the hires at the two positions. Still, with all of the great hires there are questions which Rebels fans have and things we want to see in the spring.
