Zxavian Harris was in conversations for more reasons than just dropping a bombshell on Lane Kiffin at the NFL Combine.

Officially verified at 6'8", 330 pounds, and was in talks for his massive arms. Production on the Rebels' DT looked a bit clunky, and the scouts flagged it as a hit or miss, but that is exactly the type of raw talent some NFL defensive coordinators might be on the lookout for.

Even though he decided to skip the speed-time drills and not run a 40, Harris still peaked interest of two NFL giants at the Combine.

The San Francisco 49ers officially interviewed Harris at the Combine, with plenty of other players.

The Niners were not the only one making a move for the a mountain of a defensive threat any team would be envious of.

The Bengals also placed Harris on their board at the Combine.

Bengals, 49ers in a draft war for Zxavian Harris

Cincinnati's run-game has been bleeding all season long due to AFC North's heavy hitters, and Cincinnati’s director of player personnel, Duke Tobin, admitted in Indy that they desperate for a "pocket-pusher."

A 330-pound anchor is exactly the type of player they're starving for.

However, Harris would fit better in San Francisco, mainly because their recent DC hire in Raheem Morris, also known as a "shapeshifter" who loves hybrid fronts.

The scouts back in Indianapolis highlighted how Harris talent needs some serious refinement before he could become a starter, and that's exactly the type of talent Morris specializes in at the Niners D-line factory.

A monster DL like Harris with a heavy-hitting arm won't take long in turning into a menace for the rest of the NFL in Morris's aggressive, pressure-heavy system.

In March, though, it will all boil down to which team is more desperate to draft Harris, and far they're willing to go for him.
