Ole Miss and other SEC teams have been busy over the last few weeks when it comes to recruiting. Teams have hosted large recruiting weekends in the past two weeks, bringing some of the top targets to campus for official visits.

Four-star offensive tackle Emanuel Tucker has had two big visits and will decide between the two programs on June 13. Tucker has visited Oxford and Baton Rouge and will choose between Ole Miss and LSU in just a few days.

Tucker is ranked the No. 9 player in Mississippi and the No. 16 offensive tackle according to the On3 Industry Ranking. He is also just outside the top 200 overall rankings, sitting at No. 203.

The in-state prospect decommitted from Mississippi State after his recent visit to the Rebels. It led to plenty of noise about a possible commitment to Lane Kiffin's team. However, since he visited the Tigers, he has received predictions from On3's Steve Wiltfong and Chad Simmons to pick LSU. That being said, despite a higher percentage of correct predictions, both have still been wrong multiple times, so it's not set in stone. It's right.

With the recent visit to Brian Kelly's team, perhaps the noise was loud enough to make those predictions with just a few days to his commitment. However, it goes, Kiffin and his staff are still having a great recruiting cycle, ranking in the top 20 as of now.

The Rebels managed to flip edge Carmelow Reed from Wisconsin this month, making it an excellent start for June. May was a highly successful recruiting month, adding three talented four-star players and placing them in the top 15 in team rankings.

There should be more commitments this month for Kiffin and his staff, as all the noise coming out of the past two weekend visits has been positive, not that they are ever not. Can it be three consecutive top-20 recruiting classes for Ole Miss?
