After raiding the Ole Miss staff throughout its College Football Playoff run, Lane Kiffin isn't done treating Oxford like his personal supply room for building his staff.

The Tigers head coach poached another Ole Miss staffer on Sunday.

Ole Miss's assistant strength and conditioning coach Jordan Sims is the latest name to pack their bags for Baton Rouge, officially joining Kiffin's shameless raid on Ole Miss's coaching staff.

The Sims hire came after Kiffin lured Ole Miss head strength coach Nick Savage to his program.

If Kiffin's not stopping now, he won't be stopping until he drains every last bit of possible staffer from Golding's team.

It became evident the moment he called back most of his LSU staffers, whom he poached from Ole Miss, back right before the semifinals against Miami in the Fiesta Bowl.

Kiffin's drity tricks not limited to staff

And, if there is any truth to the recent chatter, Kiffin is not stopping at Ole MIss' staff either.

The LSU head coach is all over the headlines for possibly leaking term sheets and NIL documents among the Ole Miss players, causing major upset among the established Rebels locker room.

Several players who were essentially the pillars of Golding's squad formed grudges and left the program in the last couple of days of the transfer portal.

Among those, Kiffin has successfully poached TJ Dottery, the cornerstone of Rebels' defense, to LSU.

The remaining ones, like Princewill Umanmielen and Cayden Lee, have yet to announce the program of their choice.

So far, the only unsuccessful poaching attempts from Kiffin would be RB Kewan Lacy and QB Trinidad Chambliss.

Given Kiffin's reputation and actions, Ole Miss will continue staying in its total holding pattern.
