Ole Miss's new CFP ranking tells there is hope still amid the Lane Kiffin drama

Keeping all the Lane Kiffin rumors aside, Ole Miss received good news from the third CFP rankings release.

The Ole Miss Rebels climbed up a spot from the previous week to No. 6, since Alabama's massive upset loss against OU knocked them down to No. 10.

After a 34-24 win over Florida and a bye, the Rebels look in an excellent spot to make it to the College Football Playoff, and earn a first-round home game while they are at it.

Ole Miss climbed up a spot in the third CFP rankings to No. 6.
