Even after a mass exodus of its established players and a possible blindside NCAA investigation, Ole Miss is still going steady in the transfer portal.

The Rebels landed another commit on Jan. 24 from Miami OL Tommy Kinsler.

The depth was much-needed for Golding's 2026 squad as the starting tackles from 2025 — Diego Pounds and Jayden Williams — are graduating and pursuing the NFL.

This makes Kinsler the fourth incoming OL to join LSU's Carius Curne, Florida's Enoch Wangoy, and Oklahoma's Troy Everett.

Which position Kinsler would get is still anyone's guess, though he is in talks to be either the left or the right tackle.

He and Curne would most likely have to battle it out for a spot with junior Terez Davis.

What Tommy Kinsley's commit means for Ole Miss

The Miami OL is a 6-foot-6, 340-pound redshirt junior force who Golding will know exactly where to put in his offense, mainly because he saw him play in real-time in their last game.

While he did not start any games for the Hurricanes, he participated in 12, including their 31-27 win over Ole Miss in the Fiesta Bowl and the national championship game against Indiana.

Another massive win for Golding in his OL room was convincing Delano Townsend to withdraw from theportal to stay in Oxford.

Pairing him with Patrick Kutas and Brycen Sanders gives the Rebels a veteran core that knows the system, while the newer faces handles the rest of the business.

Also, Kinsler's commit bumps the Rebels' transfer portal commits number to 28. We'll only see if Golding has it in him to lure any more of the remaining players to the Sip.
