The frustrated tirades against Lane Kiffin aren't stopping anytime soon. And the more details unfold about Kiffin's move to LSU, the worse they get.

SEC analyst Paul Finebaum has been ripping Kiffin for weaseling out on Ole Miss before the Playoff, and Kiffin revealing one fine detail about his move to LSU just made him angrier.

Paul Finebaum furious at Lane Kiffin's claim

“I truly believe that is one of the most fraudulent things I have ever heard from a head football coach,” Finebaum said on ESPN’s First Take on Tuesday.

After bolting to Baton Rouge on Sunday, Kiffin revealed that he had no idea about the final number LSU will be paying him, and that he specifically asked his super agent Jimmy Sexton not to tell him.

“‘I don’t know what I’m making, I asked my agent not to tell me,’ nobody believes that because everyone in America knows what Lane Kiffin is making. It’s been reported in every publication and every broadcast that he could make $12 million from the three schools going after him," Finebaum said.

“So, Lane, don’t try to con all of us like you’ve tried to con some of us in the process that you’re doing the right thing, you’re trying to win the Noble Peace Prize because you care so much about your players at Ole Miss, which you just abandoned as they’re trying to get to a playoff for the first time in history."

"So, it’s a great story. It sounds good but it is pure balderdash and, I’m sorry, but I’m not buying anything Lane Kiffin says anymore.”

So are not Ole Miss players, or most fanbases at this point, after how carelessly Kiffin strung them all along.

It is common knowledge by now that Kiffin's reported seven-year contract with LSU, which will pay him $13 million annually could make him the highest-paid coach in college football, even surpassing Kirby Smart.

Making statements like this right now only makes people talk about him more, and that is something Kiffin excels at more than anything.

All the while, Kiffin's PR has been immaculate, and so was he in dealing with the rumors. He knows how to make people talk about him and make them keep talking.
