One thing Lane Kiffin knows better than commitment is burning bridges like no other, even when he doesn't actually know how greener the pastures he is looking for are.
Kiffin had previously mentioned that he would never make a decision based on "money," and he at least stood true to that word. He didn't.
Apparently, Kiffin is still clueless about the exact details about his contract with the Tigers, because he told his agent Jimmy Sexton not to "tell him the numbers."
“I’m sure it’s really good,” Kiffin said. “I don’t know what it is, nor did I know at the other places what the numbers were because I told Jimmy Sexton, don’t tell me the numbers, okay?"
Lane Kiffin says he "doesn't know" what his contract is at LSU.

"I'm sure it's really good...but I told Jimmy Sexton don't tell me the number. I told him to tell me the number for the players and how we're gonna build it."#LSU
"I want to make a decision that has nothing to do with money for me. Now, tell me the numbers in the plan for what the money is for the players."
Kiffin's contract with LSU was reportedly in the $13 million per year deal for seven-years, a number that Ole Miss was ready to match and more had Kiffin actually wanted to stay in the Sip for once.
Ole Miss trusted Kiffin in picking his hard work worth six years when letting him unnecessarily stretch out his decision; they somewhere had faith in him picking them over the noise.
But Kiffin was ready to throw a roster that could have won him a national championship this season and start from square one, just under the title of a "blue blood."
The way he handled his exit had already made him a villain in Oxford, this new detail will add just more to that hate.
