We are still in the early stages of recruiting for the 2025 college basketball class. Ole Miss is sitting near the top of the team rankings with two four-star commitments. Head coach Chris Beard is chasing another four-star talent, this time in-state.

Jamarion Davis-Fleming is a 6-foot-8 power forward who revealed his final four teams in his recruitment today. The Mississippi native had two home state schools, Ole Miss and Mississippi State, while also considering LSU and James Madison.

Davis-Fleming also announced a commitment date and plans to make a decision on October 15th. Heading into his senior season at Canton High School, Davis-Fleming has taken just two unofficial visits—to Mississippi State and LSU.

247Sports rates Davis-Fleming as the No. 11 center and the No. 97 overall player. On3 has Fleming as the No. 24 ranked power forward, with both recruiting sites ranking him the No. 1 player in Mississippi.

Speaking to On3, Fleming detailed each of his final four schools.

""I recently just got back in contact with Ole Miss. They're a great school. They play inside-out and play through their bigs and let their bigs play. Coach Beard is a great coach and brings a winning mentality. I talk to them and they preach about winning and i want to go somewhere where i can win." "

The talented in-state prospect is working on a date to visit Ole Miss. We know how indefatigable recruiter Chris Beard is, with many recruits and portal players leaving Oxford ready to commit. As it stands, Mississippi State is favored to land Fleming. However, his recruitment process still has a long way to go.
