Lane Kiffin is back making splashes in the 2025 recruiting class, with three-star offensive lineman Taren Hedrick announcing his commitment to Ole Miss today. Kiffin and offensive line coach John Garrison have been busy this week, with Hedrick being the second offensive line prospect to commit to the Rebels this past week.

Hedrick is ranked a three-star recruit across all four major recruiting sites. The On3 Industry Rankings have him as the No. 38 ranked offensive tackle and No. 78 ranked player out of Florida. Ole Miss beat out some big schools in his recruitment, such as Missouri, Florida, Kentucky, and Miami.

Taren Hedrick, also known as TJ, visited Oxford this weekend and was impressed enough to commit to the Rebels. He joins Lane Kiffin's growing list of 2025 commits, with Kiffin looking to have his best recruiting class since being appointed head coach in 2020.

Hedrick becomes second 2025 OL commit after Kenneth Boston

Taren Hedrick became the second offensive lineman to commit this past week after Kenneth Boston. The Monroe, Louisiana native is a three-star rated offensive tackle, per Rivals. At 6-foot-8 and 300 pounds, he is a big guy with much more room to grow potentially.

After Ole Miss offered Boston following his good camp showing on June 5, he shut down his recruitment and committed to the Rebels. David Johnson on 247Sports Inside the Rebels reported that it was an emotional moment, with Boston hugging offensive line coach John Garrison upon hearing the news.

After several top recruits visited the Ole Miss campus this past weekend, Lane Kiffin will be hoping for more commits this coming week.
