Ole Miss still has a chance to flip home state edge Tyshun Willis
The recent news that Mississippi's top 2025 quarterback recruit could potentially flip his commitment to Ole Miss was welcoming news for the fan base. Head coach Lane Kiffin is also looking at other in-state prospects, with the top 2025 Edge in Mississippi still an option for the Rebels.
Four-star edge and Mississippi State commit Tyshun Willis is coming off his May 30 visit to Oxford, leaving impressed with the program. When David Johnson of 247Sports Inside the Rebels asked Willis about any chance that Ole Miss could flip him, Willis gave an encouraging answer.

Tyshun Willis is ranked the No.20 Edge in the nation and the No. 7 player in Mississippi, according to 247Sports. A multi-sport athlete who competes in powerlifting and track and field, Willis committed to rival Mississippi State on April 22.
2025 four-star Edge Julius Holly schedules an official visit to Ole Miss
Another 2025 Edge recruit, this time out of Georgia, has scheduled an official visit to Oxford. Julius Holly will be at Ole Miss from June 18 to June 20, a few days after visiting his home state team, Georgia.
Holly also has two other official visits scheduled for June, including three days at Michigan and Texas A&M. According to the 247Sports composite rankings, He is ranked the No. 25 Edge and No. 41 player in Georgia.
Georgia looks to be leading the race for his commitment. However, don't rule out Ole Miss yet, with defensive coordinator Pete Golding showing his recruiting skills.
