Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin landed his fourth commitment from the 2025 class in wide receiver Dillon Alfred.

The Rebels landed their second commitment from Alabama, this time on offense. Four-star wide receiver Dillon Alfred committed to Ole Miss on April 9, making it four players from the 2025 class who have committed.

Alfred is rated a four-star player per the 247Sports composite rankings and is ranked the No. 51 wide receiver in the 2025 class. The No.1 receiver in Alabama chose Ole Miss over Missouri, Texas A&M, and Tennessee.

Alfred's commitment to the Rebels resulted from a profound personal connection he felt during his two-day visit to Oxford. In his own words to On3, Alfred expressed, "I knew it was home since I got here." Alfred also praised Kiffin and wide receivers coach George McDonald

Ole Miss Set To Host More Recruits at the Grove Bowl April 13

The Rebels will have several recruits on campus on April 13 for the annual Grove Bowl. The recruits will come from not only the 2025 class but also future classes.

The Grove Bowl will look a little different this year. It has been renamed "Grove Bowl Games" and will feature 7-on-7 skills. Head coach Lane Kiffin hopes to pack out the Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, with the atmosphere creating a buzz for the recruits on campus that day.

Kiffin and his staff are doing things differently in Oxford, hoping to get any kind of edge possible in recruiting.
