Tim Tebow is never far from the conversation when discussing the greatest quarterbacks in college football. In his three seasons as the starting quarterback of Florida, he went to the Heisman Ceremony all three seasons and won the award in 2007.

During his second season as the starter, Tebow came up against Ole Miss in week 5 of the 2008 season. At home in Gainesville, Tebow threw for over 300 yards; 186 were connections with wide receiver Percy Harvin, throwing his only passing touchdown to his wide receiver one. Tebow also rushed for two touchdowns in the game.

With over 3 minutes left on the clock, Florida looked to tie the game up with an extra point after Harvin went in for a rushing touchdown. However, the extra point kick was blocked, and with the Gators failing on 4th and 1 at the Ole Miss 30-yard line on their final drive, the Rebels grabbed a famous 31-30 win at the Swamp.

In his four seasons at Florida, Tim Tebow finished with 661 completed passes for 9,286 passing yards and 88 passing touchdowns. He also rushed for 2,947 yards and added a whopping 57 touchdowns. Tebow is ranked No. 17 alongside running backs Marshall Faulk and Myles Gaskin in career rushing touchdowns.

Despite winning countless college football awards and accolades and being drafted by the Denver Broncos in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft, Tebow's NFL career never took off. In his five seasons in the NFL as a quarterback, Tebow managed 17 passing touchdowns and 12 rushing touchdowns.
