Ole Miss handled business against Arkansas, blowing them away and keeping their season goal alive. This sets up a big Week 11 game against Georgia in Oxford, and SEC Nation will be there for the early build-up. The kickoff time is set for 2:30 p.m. CT..
The SEC Network may feel they have the better game, with ESPN College GameDay heading to Baton Rouge for LSU-Alabama. Both games could ultimately determine who drops out of the playoff picture, but Ole Miss and Georgia look a better game on paper, with two of the best defenses in the nation.
First time SEC Nation will see Ole Miss in 2024
Despite some big games, Ole Miss has not been featured on SEC Nation or ESPN College GameDay this season. However, SEC Network has landed on a good one this week, with Oxford set to rock for a pivotal game in their season.
The Rebels have been on a must-win stretch, starting two games back and heading into the final three regular season games. All are huge, but the Georgia game is vital to get Ole Miss ranked back in the top 12 again. The Bulldogs are currently ranked No. 2 in the AP Poll, with the first College Football Playoff Rankings to come on Tuesday.
One thing is sure: With Ole Miss the feature on SEC Nation, expect analyst Paul Finebaum to have plenty of negatives about the program and Lane Kiffin. Hopefully, the Rebels can keep the "Mouth from the South" quiet after the game is over.
