Ole Miss Rebels Football

We all got a hardy laugh when South Alabama came to Starkville and defeated Mississippi State. Well, now this Sun Belt Conference team will be coming to the great town of Oxford. Although this should be a simple win for the Rebels, this game could be one of importance to U of S. A. They may need an upset over Ole Miss football in order to play in a bowl game.

The Jaguars will play host to the Oklahoma State Cowboys. Most are assuming that will be loss. The schedule also has potential losses on the road to a dangerous Louisiana Tech team. As well as two losses on the road at Troy and Georgia Southern in the conference. A home defeat to Arkansas State is likely, too.

In addition, there are two games that are toss ups. Home games against Idaho and University of Louisiana-Monroe could go either way. They will need to pull off an upset at Vaught-Hemingway to make a bowl. However, it’s not likely.

They will have to manufacture a victory somewhere in order to get to a bowl game. The Jags needed every win last year to make it to the Arizona Bowl. They better not count on beating us, though. Who do they think we are? Mississippi State?
