Lane Kiffin's post-workout pictures after his early morning hot yoga classes have become just as much of a staple for fans as any other pre-game drama from him.

Even on the days when Ole Miss faced some of their toughest opponents of the season in Georgia, Kiffin did not miss out on his hot yoga classes.

"Yeah, I just have some routines and some things in life that I’ve just made non-negotiable," Kiffin said Monday in his press conference previewing South Carolina week.

And so no matter if you’re sick or tired or what it is, and there’s things in my personal life or eating or whatever it is that are just non-negotiables," he added.

Kiffin's particular morning routine started getting more attention once Georgia head coach Kirby Smart mentioned Kiffin suggesting it to him pre-game.

And Kiffin posting a shirtless picture alongside two women from his hot yoga class at Yoga Culture in Braselton, GA, blew up on social media. The post became more famous among the fans as a "thirst trap" from Kiffin.

While Kiffin did not manage to convince Smart to join him for an early morning class, he did manage to convince Ole Miss AD Keith Carter.

However, since the Rebels lost to Georgia, Carter pulled back.

"And one of them is that and that’s been a couple of years now on the road. We’ve found places in advance, and a number of the coaches go with me, and we’ve gotten Keith Carter to go lately, but he didn’t go this week."

"He went in Georgia for his first time. So now he says he’s not going anymore because we lost to Georgia. So, but it’s actually pretty neat to get up that early in some other town and get a different studio and different teachers. And a lot of our staff goes and it’s a pretty good way to start the day to get your mind right."

Looking at the way Ole Miss football's 2025 season is going at 7-1, seems like Kiffin should start searching up for hot yoga classes for the post-season as well.
