Call it the aftereffect of the Trinidad Chambliss's verdict settling in, or Ole Miss becoming a favorite among the blue-chip recruits after months of tedious efforts by Pete Golding's new staff, but Ole Miss football had one astronomical recruiting weekend.
Pete Golding hosted a bunch of blue-chip prospects for his next classes over the weekend alongside their spring practices, and even extended offers to some.
Ole Miss keeps getting shortlisted by more and more players, signalling that Golding is actually becoming a hot name among the recruits. 247 Sports' composite ranks the Rebels at No. 22 overall and No. 10 in the SEC in class of 2026.
Several of them took to social media to reflect on the "amazing day" they had at Vaught-Hemingway, one for which Golding even dressed up.
