Ole Miss has been hot on the tail of 2025 wide receiver TI Mims Jr. out of Baldwin Country High School. The No. 40 player in Alabama has had nothing but positive things to say about the Rebels and primary recruiter Kelvin Bolden.

Mims Jr. holds offers from Florida, TCU, Tennessee, and South Carolina. However, speaking to Inside the Rebels, Mims Jr. said that Ole Miss is his solid No.1. Bolden and wide receivers coach George McDonald will connect with the 2025 prospect again on July 27 at Juice Fest in Oxford.

Despite not being committed to Ole Miss, TI Mims Jr. looks to be laying the groundwork for another top talent to potentially follow him to Oxford. On the social media site 'X,' Mims Jr. commented on a video of four-star safety Ladarian Clardy chauffeured around Oxford by Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin on his June visit.

Mims Jr. simply put, "Where are we going, twin?" Ladarian Clardy is another 2025 prospect who has been heavily recruited by the Rebels, and he confirmed that Ole Miss has a big chance of landing him.

If Lane Kiffin and his staff could land both players, it would be a big win for the team's 2025 recruitment class.

Ole Miss 2025 class slowly creeping back up the rankings

After some big hits to their 2025 class in June, Ole Miss has started to creep back up the rankings again. After falling outside the top 50 in 247Sports team recruitment rankings, the Rebels have jumped back to No. 45.

On3 has a very different ranking for the Rebels 2025 class. They are the No. 25 ranked team in their team rankings, having been as high as No. 15 before the scattering of decommitments in June.

The natural reaction is to panic when you lose commitments. However, Lane Kiffin knows the recruitment process is a marathon, not a race.
