2013 Season: The past few seasons, have been Senquez Golson’s best of his career at Ole Miss. After a successful BBVA Compass Bowl performance, Golson backed it up in 2013 Music City Bowl, arguably his best performance of the season. The Value: Senquez Golson has become very consistent under head coach Hugh Freeze and staff. It seems Golson is at his best in the defining situations and in the most important games of the year. Golson plays really good in bowl games and against tough teams like, LSU and Alabama. Golson is our primary starter in the boundary cornerback position. Right now, it looks as though Kailo Moore is backing him up, but lookout for Tee Shepard. Shepard is one of the biggest hypes coming to Ole Miss out of 2014 recruiting class. It will be interesting to see both Golson and Shepard rotating out in the secondary.
