This is familiar ground for Ole Miss. Be sure to watch for the 5:30 mark in the video. Just sayin’. We’ve been here plenty of times before. Underdog to the Tide in the SEC opener is nothing new. However, we have one thing coming into Bryant-Denny Stadium which the Tide doesn’t. We won the last meeting on this hallowed ground.
Yeah, we watched the entire game. I’ll never forget the flood of the Tide as they headed back towards the Quad. It was like the Walking Dead, watching the ‘supposedly’ faithful of Bama duck out halfway thru the third quarter.
What’s one game you ask? Well it’s more than just one game. In fact, it’s three games when you count back. Sure we lost last year however, Ole Miss has dominated Bama 10 of the last 12 quarters of play. Plain and simple, Ole Miss has the edge.
