New Years Day is where the bowl games really begin to get interesting. The Outback Bowl is a premier bowl among post-season games for SEC fans over recent seasons.
This game pits the Michigan Wolverines against the Gamecocks of South Carolina. Both teams come into the game with equal 8-4 records. However, this game is one every Ole Miss football fan wants to see the roosters win.
For me personally I really hope South Carolina blows Michigan out. However, Michigan comes into the game with an adequate rushing offense which is capable of putting up points.
We all know Gamecocks coach Will Muschamp is a defensive genius and will have something up his sleeve for this game. The Cocks defense shows up and shuts down Michigan. OHT picks the South Carolina Gamecocks to get the win over the Wolverines 28-14.
The Outback Bowl kicks off from Raymond James Stadium on New Years Day at 12 pm CT. The game will be televised on ESPN2.
