Bama Is Very Good

More from Ole Miss Football

We knew Nick Saban and the Tide would be solid again this season and they are. There wasn’t any doubt Saban would have another good team with a few different names on the uniforms but basically the same team he always has. A powerful offense and very stingy defense were expected and that is exactly what Ole Miss football fan saw Saturday night.

The Tide offense put up 62 point and 516 yards of total offense with 306 yards coming thru the air and 210 yards on the ground. Nick Saban and Alabama once again showed why they have one of the best offenses in the nation and there was nothing the Rebels defense could do to stop them. We knew the Bama offense would be explosive and they were. On defense the Tide was like the other Tide defenses we’ve seen in the past holding the Rebels to just 248 yards of total offense.
