No.2 A Different Defensive Look

More from Ole Miss Football

Most of us aren’t very familiar with the new look of the Ole Miss defense under DC Mike MacIntyre who is known for his 3-4 defense. While this will be a new look for the Ole Miss defense we are certain they are certain to be much better than what Rebels fans have witnessed over the past two seasons.

We also know all three levels in the 3-4 key on talent so we can expect to see the most talented players on the field this spring. Still, the defense may have a huge learning curve for some Rebels who have never played in the 3-4 so the new Landshark Defense may take some time to work out the kinks.

What we can be sure of is players who will be competing in the new defense and looking for playing time once the 2019 Ole Miss football season begins. This will be a much better defense than what we’ve endured over the past two seasons and could be what Rebels fans have been wanting to see.
